Glenrothes Trade Day October 2023!
We recently held our first Glenrothes Trade Day on the 17th October 2023. The day was supported by both ARDEX and ALTRO who performed product demonstrations and had product experts on hand to speak to guests and inform them about new products and techniques to get the best out of their products. We had a number of our customers drop by throughout the day and get hands-on experience in an ALTRO welding workshop, as well as a levelling compound tutorial ran by the team from ARDEX. This event also gave our team a chance to get involved and gain experience using the products that they discuss with our customers on a daily basis.
Getting hands-on with ARDEX AND ALTRO
Throughout the action-packed trade day at out Glenrothes Trade Counter, there was a number of product demonstrations and workshops. Firstly, we had ARDEX, who gave the SASGO team the chance to try their hand at mixing, pouring, and spreading screed with a trowel. This was also a great opportunity to get some experience with popular products such as ARDITEX NA and the all-new K55 Fast.
We also had a number of customers join us on the day and try out the latest and greatest of the ARDEX range. Overall feedback suggested that our customers found this experience valuable, as it will allow them to further understand the products they are working with day-in, day-out.
ALTRO hosted several Welding Workshops over the course of the Trade Day. The SASGO team were keen to set aside some time to learn more about the fine art of welding and working with weld rods. We even had customers who have been in the flooring industry for decades say they had learned a more efficient technique that could save them a lot of money going forward, all thanks to this workshop!
