SASGO visits ARDEX and F. BALL

This is why, when we are invited to visit a supplier with our team, we jump at the opportunity. Being able to speak to industry experts, product designers, and get hands on with the products that we sell to our customers, is invaluable. It allows our customer service team to provide quick and efficient answers to queries, it allows our sales team to fully understand how the products they sell, work, and it allows us to build and sustains strong relationships with the suppliers that keep the project moving for us.
F. Ball Centre of Excellence
Back in May, our team were invited to visit the magnificent F. Ball Centre of Excellence, in Staffordshire, to get hands on with the latest and greatest from the F. Ball range, including StopGap 1200 Pro, Fill and Prime, and F44 Acrylic Adhesive. Our team spent an entire day learning about the history of one of the flooring industry’s biggest brands and toured their state-of-the-art factory. The team also had the opportunity to use the products that we sell on a daily basis. We were given a demonstration describing the best tools and conditions for laying F. Ball products.
The F. Ball team were very welcoming and knowledgable about not only their own brand, but the industry as a whole. Providing our team with lasting knowledge that will help them keep the project moving for SASGO and our customers.

ARDEX Academy
More recently, in Mid-July 2023, our team enrolled in a 1-day course with Ardex Academy at Ardex HQ, in Haverhill. With the guidance of an experienced industry professional, our team were shown how best to use Ardex products and why they have become a fixture in many flooring contractors’ inventories. Our team had the chance to work with Ardex A45 Ardyrapid, Arditex CL, NA, and DPM 1C.
Seeing these products in action allows our team to develop a deeper understanding of how they work and allows us to ask questions to instructors, who's answers will allow us to provide better advice to our customers on a daily basis.
We toured the factory and were able to speak to several production line team members who shared their role with us.
