Technical Advice and Product to keep the project moving

SASGO’s customer Westcotes Flooring Company who were working for main contractor Bowmer & Kirkland, reached out to SASGO when the floor preparation material that they were using was proved to be faulty and unable to be pumped. Replacement material was needed on site the next day, which SASGO were able to fulfil. A call was taken at 2.30pm and at 8am the next morning 500 units of a floor smoothing compound were on site ready to be loaded out to the necessary floors.

Subsequent to this, SASGO were awarded the supply of the remaining preparation materials to site, including in addition to the floor smoothing compound, the epoxy damp proof membrane and primer.

The project was live during winter and programs of other trades were running behind, but SASGO were able to provide the necessary advice and technical back-up to keep the project moving, liaising directly with the flooring installation company and the main contractor.

Deliveries for this site were made in bulk loads of 1000 bag call-offs, enabling dedicated truck loads arriving early morning on the days required.
