As the exclusive distributor of PROBOND® products, SASGO worked closely with 14 Flooring Ltd to supply PROBOND® FL307 Flexible Renovation Levelling Compound, PROBOND® B400 Vinyl Flooring Adhesive, PROBOND® PR200 Multi-Purpose Primer, and PROBOND® FL315 Feather Finish.

PROBOND® PR200 Multi-Purpose Primer was used to prepare the subfloor and promote strong adhesion between the existing substrate and subsequent smoothing compounds. Its versatile formulation made it suitable for a wide range of absorbent surfaces, helping to create a consistent foundation for the flooring installation

PROBOND® FL307 was selected for its versatility and ability to accommodate depths from 3mm to 50mm in a single application. Its moisture-tolerant formulation and compatibility with a wide range of substrates made it well suited to a refurbishment project, while its approximate two-hour walk-on time helped keep installation progressing without unnecessary delays.

To achieve a smooth finish in areas requiring minor surface corrections, PROBOND® FL315 Feather Finish was incorporated into the system. Its rapid drying characteristics and ability to feather to a true edge made it ideal for finishing details and preparing localised areas ready for the final floor covering.

To complete the flooring system, PROBOND® B400 Vinyl Flooring Adhesive provided a high-performance, solvent-free vinyl adhesive with excellent bond strength, low odour and a long working time. Suitable for vinyl floor coverings and PVC tiles, the adhesive offered the reliability and durability required for a busy commercial environment.

Together, the products formed a complete PROBOND® flooring system, selected for their proven performance, ease of application and ability to support efficient installation while delivering a high-quality, long-lasting finish. As one complete manufacturer-backed system, the contractor also benefitted from the confidence and simplicity of sourcing compatible products from a single supplier.

Working within an operational shopping centre required deliveries to be carefully planned around site access and programme requirements.
