Landmark Pinnacle, London
In the heart of London’s dynamic business district, this building soars 239 metres into the sky. The project involved the supply of carpets, underlay and other associated accessories.
The customer had to complete the work during covid times working around lockdown restrictions which added extra strain to an already tight completion programme. Deliveries of materials had to be scheduled around the booking slots available for hoists and cranes to unload and move product up to the relevant floors. As always time and accuracy was of the essence, and SASGO were glad to be trusted for this.
Contractors on the Landmark Pinnacle project had direct contact with their own SASGO Account Manager, who understood the project's requirements and worked closely with them to coordinate everything.
The SASGO Account Manager and team also provided support on site and via the phone during the project to ensure that the contractor's needs were being 100% met, and that they were getting a seamless service.
One of the most critical aspects of this project is that SASGO driver delivery team was able to consistently deliver materials as call-offs required at a time of great supply chain challenges. Along with the quick turnaround on orders at SASGO’s London warehouse, contractors experienced no delays in getting products on to site.
