Upton Gardens, East London

We recently revisted a site to see how well our products were performing.

In 2021, SASGO supported the regeneration of the site of the former West Ham United football stadium. Supplying the chosen flooring contractor sub-floor preparation materials for a large amount of the 842 new homes created by the development of this former landmark by Barrat London. The Upton Gardens development is a large-scale mixed-used regenration scheme on the site of the renowned Boleyn Football Ground, home to West Ham United Football Club for over a century. Comprising of 15 buildings, three large gardens and tree-lined streets spread over 8-acres, Upton Gardens has become one of the most in-demand real estate areas in East London.

SASGO is proud to have supported a project of such cultural significance to the local community due to the history of the Upton Park site. This project was an annoucement of the beginning of the new era for this area of East London. This is why we worked closely with the contractor to ensure the correct, high-performing, products were selected for this project.
