Terms and Conditions F1 PROBOND Promotion

1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the "PROBOND Adhesive Prize Draw" ("Prize Draw") organised by SASGO LTD. ("the Organiser").

1.2. By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

2.2. Employees of the Organiser, their families, agents, and any third party directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

3.1. Participants must purchase 10 or more tubs of PROBOND® adhesive and 10 or more boxes of PROBOND® B430, B460 and B490 in a single transaction to be entered into the Prize Draw.

3.2. Each qualifying order grants one entry into the Prize Draw. There is only one entry per order regardless of quantity purchased.

3.3. The qualifying period for purchases is from 16th July 2024 to 17th August 2024.

4. The Prize

4.1. The main prize is two (2x) Flex Passes for one day to the Excel Formula 1 Exhibition at the Excel London on Saturday, 24th August, one (1x) Fastest Lap Simulator Experience and £200 spending money.

4.2 The organisers of the Excel Simulator Experience are running a seperate promotion and each month those who experienced the simulator will be entered into a draw to win a ticket to the Silverstone British Grand Prix in 2025! This is independent of this promotion and no responsibility is taken for how it will be managed.

4.3 The prize does not cover transport to the event and no responsibility is taken for events beyond our control on the day. The ticket is issued by Fever and their Terms and Conditions apply.

4.4 The prize is 2 flexible tickets that allow entry any time from 9am on Saturday 24th August 2024. For more details see: https://f1exhibition.com/london/ The event is held at ExCel London, Royal Victoria Dock 1 Western Gateway.

4.5. There are five (5) runner-up prizes, each consisting of a Lego Mercedes car (or equivalent value alternative).

4.6. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1. Winners will be chosen by random draw process on 19th August 2024.

5.2. The winners will be notified by email or telephone on the draw date (using details available on the order).

5.3. If a winner does not respond to the Organiser within 1 day of being notified, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Organiser will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

5.4 We will not be liable for prizes that do not reach winners for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

6. Prize Delivery

6.1. The main prize will be sent to the winner via email, subject to the winner confirming their email address.

6.2. The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to deliver the runner-up prizes within 10 days of the draw date.

7. General

7.1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Prize Draw at any time without notice.

7.2. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind.

7.3. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Organiser, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Data Protection and Publicity

8.1. The Organiser is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

8.2. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by the Organiser or its agents and suppliers to administer the Prize Draw.

8.3. Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the Prize Draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and Scotland.

9.2. Any disputes arising in connection with the Prize Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales and Scotland.
